Privacy Policy

66 is operated by small talk labs, inc., a Delaware corporation ("66," "we," or "us"). This policy covers the 66 website, its invitation application, and communications about that application. We are currently collecting applications for a New York dating circle; a member service has not launched. We will update this policy before introducing materially different features or data practices.
1. Information we collect
What you provide. The application asks for your first and last name, email address, city, profession or field, and a short introduction. You may also provide an Instagram or TikTok handle or profile link. Your introduction may reveal interests, dating preferences, or other personal details you choose to share. Please do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for us to review your application. We record when you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to our Terms of Use and this policy. If you contact us, we receive your message and the contact details you provide.
Public profile information. If you provide a social profile, our team may look at information visible on that public profile to review your application. We do not ask for your social account password or access to a private account.
Technical information. Our hosting provider may process standard request and security logs, such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps, and errors, when you visit the website or submit a form.
The current application does not request photos, precise location, bank access, income or height documents, or payment information.
2. How we use information
- Review applications and decide whether and when to offer an invitation.
- Contact you about your application, an invitation, or the 66 launch, and respond to your questions.
- Plan the first circle and improve the application process.
- Protect the website, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with law.
Applying does not guarantee an invitation. Application answers are not currently displayed to other applicants or published in a member directory.
3. When we share information
We use service providers to host the website, store applications, and handle our email communications. These include Vercel for hosting and Supabase for application storage. They process information to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect people or the service, investigate misuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets. We may share information with your direction or consent.
We do not sell applicant information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Cookies and tracking
The current application site does not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Hosting and security systems may use essential technical mechanisms and retain request logs. We do not currently respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals because we do not conduct cross-site tracking on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy.
5. Retention and security
We retain applications while we review them and prepare the launch, and for a reasonable period afterward to answer questions, maintain records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion sooner. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or provider logs, or longer where law or a legitimate dispute requires it. We limit access to applications and use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your application, or to stop receiving launch communications, by emailing support@smalltalklabs.com. We may verify that you control the application email address before fulfilling a request. We will honor applicable privacy rights and exceptions under the law where you live. California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share applicant data for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you receive an optional marketing email, you can unsubscribe using its link or by contacting us; we may still send necessary application or legal notices.
7. Processing location
66 and its service providers may process and store information in the United States. If you apply from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, subject to applicable law.
8. Age
66 is for adults at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect applications from minors. If you believe a minor submitted information, please contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
9. Changes and contact
We may revise this policy as the service develops. We will post the updated version and date here and provide any additional notice or seek consent required by law before a material change takes effect.
