Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the 66 website and invitation application (the "Service"). The Service is operated by small talk labs, inc., a Delaware corporation ("66," "we," or "us"). Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy before applying.
By using the Service or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and permitted to use the Service under applicable law. You agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws. You may not use the Service if you are required to register as a sex offender or have been convicted of a sex crime or a crime involving violence. We may ask you to confirm eligibility, but submitting an application does not mean we have verified it.
2. Applications and invitations
The current Service is an application and waitlist for a proposed New York dating circle. It does not include member accounts, profiles, matching, messaging, or a directory. Provide accurate, current information about yourself, and submit only your own application. You must have the right to provide any information or links you include. You may contact us to correct or withdraw an application.
We may review, decline, or defer an application and decide whether to offer an invitation, subject to applicable law. The path you choose and the information you provide do not automatically determine the outcome. An application, review, or invitation does not guarantee membership, a match, an introduction, or a relationship. We may change the planned launch or decide not to launch the member service.
3. Fees and future features
There is no fee to submit the current application. We do not collect payment information through this website. If we later offer paid access or other member features, we will disclose the applicable price, billing and cancellation terms, and any additional terms before you choose to purchase or use them. These Terms do not authorize us to charge you for a future service.
4. Safety and interactions
Dating and meeting new people involve personal risk. Exercise care if you contact, meet, or share information with someone you learn about through 66. Do not send money or financial credentials to another person, and take reasonable precautions before meeting in person. You are responsible for your interactions with others, whether online or offline. We do not currently run criminal background checks or verify applicants' identities, income, height, follower counts, statements, or safety. An application review or invitation is not a safety certification or endorsement. Please report concerning conduct to support@smalltalklabs.com and contact emergency services if you are in immediate danger.
5. Community rules
You agree not to:
- Impersonate another person, provide materially false information, or submit someone else's private information without permission.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, defraud, or solicit money, passwords, or financial information from others.
- Submit unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, infringing, or otherwise harmful material.
- Use the Service for spam, advertising, commercial solicitation, or other purposes unrelated to applying.
- Scrape the Service, use unauthorized bots, interfere with its operation or security, or try to access data or systems without permission.
We may investigate suspected misuse and remove an application or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect people, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
6. Your application content
You keep ownership of the information and material you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, review, and use that material only as reasonably needed to process your application, operate and protect the Service, contact you, and meet legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy. This license ends when the material is deleted, except for limited copies we must retain for legal, security, dispute, or backup purposes. Application answers are not currently published to other applicants. You may send us feedback about 66; we may use that feedback without compensation.
7. Our content and site license
We own or license the Service, its design, text, marks, and other materials. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our materials without permission, except as law permits.
8. Third-party sites
The Service may link to Instagram, TikTok, or other third-party sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or operation. Providing a social profile link does not give us access to your private account.
9. Changes, suspension, and withdrawal
We may change, pause, or end the Service or an application process. You may stop using the Service or request that we withdraw your application by contacting us. We may restrict access for a violation of these Terms, a safety concern, or misuse. We may update these Terms by posting a new version and date; if a change is material, we will give additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms means you accept them. Changes to future member services may require a separate agreement.
10. Copyright concerns
If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, email support@smalltalklabs.com with your contact details, a description of the protected work and the material at issue, where it appears, a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent, and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove infringing material and restrict repeat infringers.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we provide the Service "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, accurate information supplied by applicants or third parties, or any particular result from applying. We do not control or guarantee the conduct, compatibility, or safety of any person you might meet through 66. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, small talk labs, inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Service, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, or for the conduct of other applicants or third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the current Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so they may not apply to you.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify small talk labs, inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, the material you submit, or your material breach of these Terms. This does not require you to indemnify us for our own misconduct where prohibited by law.
14. Disputes and arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights to bring a case in court, have a jury trial, or participate in a class action. Before filing a claim, you and we agree to send written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution and to try to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. Send your notice to support@smalltalklabs.com; we will send notice to the email address in your application.
Except where law prohibits arbitration or for claims eligible for small claims court, disputes arising from the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable consumer rules, before one arbitrator. The arbitration may take place where you reside or at another mutually agreed location, and may be conducted remotely where the rules permit. The arbitrator will apply Delaware law, subject to any mandatory protections of the law where you live. The AAA rules govern arbitration fees and procedure.
To the extent permitted by law, you and we waive the right to a jury trial and to bring or participate in class, collective, or representative proceedings. The arbitrator may award relief only for the individual claim. If a court finds a part of this section unenforceable, the remaining parts apply to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
15. Governing law and venue
Delaware law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your residence provides mandatory protections. If a claim is not subject to arbitration or small claims court, the state and federal courts in Wilmington, Delaware will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires another venue.
16. Other terms and contact
These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement about the current Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. Sections concerning content rights, intellectual property, safety, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other terms that by their nature should survive will continue after you stop using the Service.
